2010 Tiguan bluetooth problem

i just got 2010 Tiguan 4 motion diesel i think it is only s trim it has RCD 310 stereo shows BT and phone controls on steering wheel but no box (BT control module ?)under passenger seat i think s model this is optional ? so my phone wont connect does anyone know what my options are to set up my phone can i get module ? also no phone option on MFD.
