Key fob assignment not working

Today one of my key fob assignment is not working. My Tiguan is just 3 months old. My wife 's key is detected correctly but when I use my key it either assume Guest or the last profile. Most annoying is seat adjustment as my profile is not detected u gave to manually do it.

When I go to personalization it assigns it to key but unlocking via that key is not working. Any ideas ?
