Intermittent rattling under the bonnet

My car has just had a major service and had the timing belt changed in the last few months I've had a rattle from under the bonnet.

My car is a golf TDI 2008 pacific 128kms on it.

I've left it for a little bit but on 2 occasions there was a loud rumble (plastic scraping noise) which stopped after I stopped the car and turned the ignition off and then on again.

Anyone else had this issue? Advice on what it might be would be great.
