what can delaers do to fellow vw-ians

hey, ive been reading alot of posts and forums and how you guys all refer to dealers inregarding to resetting, this and that!
i was wondering what type of services besides 15k km services they can do for me!
like vag-com or anything??
im pretty new to the vw thing, i used to own a seat but as golfloon and tim advised, alot of probs occurs stuck in limp back mode now><, so now i got a gti so yeh pretty newbie may i say!
