Hello, Wondering if I could get some advice for the final steps of removing a clutch master cylinder in an 06 TDI.
Have done the following;
Removed the 2 13 mm nuts inside the car, removed intake piping etc to get access, removed the hard and soft lines to the cylinder.
I need to get the white clip off holding it to the pedal, how is this done?
I need to remove the wiring to the cylinder, how is this done?
And finally I need to remove the cylinder, is this a case of twisting slightly and just withdrawing?
Any help would be greatly aprpeciated, this owuld normally be something I'd happily take to a dealer for, but the car is inoperable and 60+ K's from the nearest dealer, not a tow I want to foot the bill for.
