Still having issues with my radio

I'm still having issues with the signal and sound quality of the radio.. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Last time I was there they couldn't fault it in the sligtest and the quality is actually good when it's on 90.9.. It's when I come back up that it deteriorates..
