Timing belt

I know we have been through this around 2 billion times over the years but I'm due (5.5 years chipped) for the dreaded timing belt replacement.
I'm currently in Darwin where finding a VW specialist isn't easy.
Do VW do an OEM water pump with metal impellor or do I need to order from someone like ECS.
Also, when doing the replacement is there anything else to replace whilst the car is pulled apart other than what's listed below.
I am fairly pedantic about looking after my car and she has repaid me with 5 trouble free years so I want to get this major right.
1)timing belt
2)timing belt tensioner
3)water pump with metal impeller
4)coolant
5)thermostat
6)accessory belt
