After some measurement info for rear swaybar links from an R32 or a 4mo with solid end links. Previous owner had adustable links put in and when the car is sitting the bar is pushed up a lot, just not sure if the link is extended too much. I am after the measurement of the rod between the link ends if some kindly person could help out
Also the suspension refresh kits offered, should I be looking at the jetta or R32 ones? The R comes with new front swaybay links, the jetta one doesnt, the jetta one comes with new control arm assembly, the R doesnt... Looking at the front I can see some pretty worn rubbers and on the rear there is a god awful rattle, I have seen similar threads from other 4mo owners but no difinitive idea of whats causing the problem.
I want to start playing on the track and want to make sure the suspension is as good as it can be before I hurtle around a corner at some insane awd inspired speed
edit: just doing some research I found that the links are supposed to travel perpendicular to the bar, but is this sitting... if so how the hell can I adjust them when the car is on its guts as even only 45mm lower than stock even my skinny arms cant get under there.
