Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Bora 3rd Brake Light not working

    The LED 3rd brake light on my wifes '05 Bora is only lighting up fairly faintly when she applies the brakes.

    Has anyone had any experience with this sort of thing? Does it sound like a wiring problem, or does it sound like the LEDs are on the way out, and I should just replace it? Or does someone have some other explanation?
