  • Control arm mounted sway bar on 4Motion

    Hi Guys,

When I was under the car the other day I noticed what I think are the unused control arm mounting points for the sway bars (or sway bar links) on non 4Motion vehicles. I am curious about the downsides of using my incorrectly purchased control arm mounted sway bar and getting some links to mount it on the control arm and not getting a new strut mounted item.

Why are the strut mounted on 4Mo's anyway?
Will it not be as strong mounting it on the control arm?

    Thanks,

    Christian
