OK so after replacing the window regulators on both front doors and resoldering the connection for the micro switches in the lock mechanism and making sure everything is doing everything it should i attempted to put everything back into the car.
Now for the issue..........
Everything works outside the car.
When i install the inner plate with the lock and regulator everything works.
but when i lock the door and then unlock it you cant open it ? I have pulled it out and put it back in more times than i want to count and the dam thing works fine outside the car but once installed its like the door handle dose not move far enough to activate the mechanism although the wire that connects the lock to the handle can only go one way so im at a bit of a loss as to what im doing wrong.
Any help would be much appreciated
