Gearbox fluid

I'm pretty sure I need to change the gearbox fluid on my GL 8v, does anyone have any suggestions etc? I heard ray mention something about Redline racing gearbox fluid or something like that...

Has anyone done it? Is it a big job? How much does it cost?
