What parts do I need to change the rocker cover gasket?

Hi Guys,
Looks like I need to replace the rocker cover gasket, has a small leak , looking at the manual I need a rocker cover gasket and an intake manifold gasket, is that all the parts I need? Also, should i use that blue RTV sealant stuff on the gaskets or not necessary?
