i have an Actron CP9145 scanner but when plugged in to the 1997 Golf mk3 it keeps coming up with an error that it cannot read the car.
It flashes through "keyword 2000", then a little later ISO 9124-2 and then shortly after reports that it cannot communicate with the car.
The scanner works fine on the other cars with and without CAN.
BMW, Honda, Rav4 and a C200K.
Any tricks?
Anyone have a workaround or experienced the same problem?
