1.8 turbo in to a mk1 golf questions

Just wondering if anybody on here could help me out with a few questions I have?

Does anybody know we're to get the spacer for the manual tensinor conversion on the 1.8t engine?

Is there any good intercooler, radiator specialist in the inner Sydney area that do fabrication?

Also any body on here that is good at welding and can do at my garage?(portable welder) for cash of course
