i like the idea, but there are 5 pedals there… not even planes have that many things down there haha. not sure how many times you'd use the right foot rest though
The right footrest is amazing on country/highway drives when you have the cruise control on. Never had it before but my Polo has one and it's great.

I used a tiny screw between the slats ( as that stainless is nearly impossible to hand drill) and the small screw in combo with the tape is holding it.

Just had a pair delivered. They look great, feel good but the right one needs to be drilled in... The stickers don't do their job
Had the same issue on my GTI, I just used some industrial adhesive. The one in the dual-squeeze tubes you have to mix before it becomes sticky. Had them on for 6 months and they haven't moved a bit since.
