Hi there,
Looking for some tyre recommendations on my 2011 Jetta 147 TSI. I'm still using the stock 17" Bridgestone from factory but have only done 29000km since I got the car brand new in Nov 2011. My local mechanic says the tyres are still looking decent but it has some irregular balding patterns - still safe enough to drive. He also mentioned that the tyres were really noisy - I kinda gotten used to it already.
How long do tyres generally lasts? I know it varies but some ballpark mileage would be good. Also, if it's noisy, what can/should I replace it with? There are so many choices out there.
