H & R SPC or FK Silverline Plus x Coilover

Hi All,

Just wanted everyone's opinion of which coilover setup to go for.

Both are around the same price, the FK's are height and damper adjustable whereas the H & R are only height adjustable.

Anyone opinion or input is greatly appreciated.
