B3 interior fan blower won't work on any setting

Hey guys,

Done a heap of research on this, but cannot get the dam thing to work.

Replaced the blower itself and tested it with 12v - works perfect.
I have no power to my fan control switch, no settings 1,2,3,4 work.
Would it be the resistor or relay? I ruled out resistor as this would only be the case if it worked on high is that right?
Could be the a/c relay? Fuse isn't blown either

Any help would be appreciated.
