Hi everyone,
I am putting out a request for someone to help me out installing the 9w7 into my my11 GTI please. Plan to install it inside the dash. Is it true that although I don't have bluetooth installed now that I still have the microphone?
Anyway the guy (or girl ) should have VCDS so the necessary coding can be done - and I am in Sydney. Also be awesome if they now any other codes to change to give other options (closing the sunroof when it rains for example)
Send me a private if you are interested as I am keen to throw a couple of dollars to the person who is kind enough to help.
Big thanks too to everyone too who has posted heaps of info on their experiences and advice etc on VW and Bluetooth. Its bloody complicated..but I think I understand it now. (no wonder the VW dealers are clueless on this stuff.
