Feedback of Detailer.com.au (Bayswater VIC) - Good Value Exterior Detailing
Recently I needed a detailer to do a full exterior detail on my Jetta prior to selling (felt happy enough & had the time to look after the interior myself).
I short-listed a few including:
Obsession Detailing (Glen Waverley VIC) & Protech Car Care (Boronia VIC)
I ended up going with Detailers.com.au) located in Bayswater VIC. A highly professional service & good value for money. They can come out to visit, or can supply loan cars free-of-charge; I required neither. Cost for detailing was $185 for what was essentially a cut & polish to remove noticable but minor scratches (the odd one down the body from folage, usual ones on inner door handles from rings or fingernails, plus filling & working back some paint damage (several centimetre gouge on bonnet & 7x stone chips across the front-end). I supplied the VW touch-up paint.
For the price I was extremely happy. You can't expect miracles with large stone chips in particular without a respray; I wasn't going to bother going to that degree. All the problematic paint areas blend in the best they can & are only noticible when I go looking for them.
The inside was also vacuumed (all personal items placed in a bag in the boot) & a nice fragrance present. Might not seem like much but they didn't have to go the extra yards yet did anyway, kudos to them!
