Hey guys,
Was looking for ssome info/advice re faded front calipers on my MY10 GTI.
Has anyone else had rthe same thing happen. 19K on it and was like that since bought with 14k. They are off colour, more a faded pink, with some minor pitting. Rears are spot on, nice and smooth and colour is like new.
I would like to do the job myself, just wondering on all your thoughts on brand and colour matching.
Tornado red ?
Traffic red ?
Hammerite smooth ?
RA 3020 ?
BNIB ?
G2 ?
G2 do a VW tornado red caliper paint kit, so may go with that, but also read some good reports with the Hammerite.
