Hello Everyone, My 2009 Built 2010 compliance plated Skoda Superb petrol 6sp auto gave me some trouble last week and I wanted to ask if anyone has had this experience and any solutions. We had been driving the car around town and pulled into a driveway to drop of a friend. Put the car into reverse and engine reved with no gear engageing. Put back into park and tried reverse again as assumed had missed and put into neutral, same think. Rolled out of driveway which thankfully was down hill and parked vehicle. Put vehicle into drive and we did move but locked into either first or second so assume limp home mode. No warning lights or messages appeared on screen. This vehicle has done 93,333 klms and has had all services and is now 6 weeks outside warranty which was 5 years. I spoke with dealer who had never had any problems except on a vehicle which has done 193,000klms. Vehicle sat for 5 days and I decided to test drive and now seems fine. Anyone else experienced similar.
