Neptunes - cone or radius bolts?

can anyone tell me if the 18" neptunes that come on the fl octavia vrs, uses either the "cone" or "radius" (ball) type bolts?

or should i say the "hub rotor", as opposed to the wheels itself?

this is in regards to hubcentric wheel spacers.
