Hi,
I am seeking some advice on an annoying little problem. I recently had the clockspring replaced on my 2011 Octavia. All the steering wheel controls and the horn appear to be working, but I am unable to access most of the MFD. The display just shows the estimated range, but scrolling the right wheel or using the back button (which normally goes to the main menu) does nothing. I can get into the bluetooth phone menu, and the scroll wheel seems to work normally there so I don't think this is a physical problem, but a software glitch.
I would very much appreciate any suggestions.
