Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • SEAT Ibizia 1999 Cupra 'ABF' Twin Cam 16v 2.0 motor for sale.

I cant post in the for sale area, so I will give it a shot here...

The car has done 150K and there was one owner before myself. The motor seems to be stock. Runs VERY Well, only reason for selling it is that I am transplanting a 1.8T 20V into my Cupra.

We all know that the twin cam is hard to come by, and they have great potential for turbocharging and supercharging, and are a fantastic base for some serious power, even putting twin webber carbies on it and setting it up like that could produce a monster... Imagine that in a little old golf or Seat.

Sing out, or pass the word around if you are interested, open to negotiating.

    Regards,

    Kris
