Hola VWWatercooled Forumites, thankyou for letting me join the VWWatercooled party!
I am a former 1984 VW Caravelle owner who also owned three air-cooled VW Type 3s back in the day. Other cars I've owned are a 1968 Mazda 1500 SS, Hiace Diesel van, Toyota Corolla 1975 Two door (with Twin Cam engine) and currently a 1998 Nissan Pulsar SSS (stock). I learnt more about cars while broken down on the side of a highway than from any user manual. But that was before Youtube.
I am joining the forum as I am in the market to once again own a Water-Cooled VW and would like to do a bit or research to avoid common pitfalls. No-one referred me, I just stumbled across it at the right time.
