I came across this site a few weeks ago whilst doing some research in to why my secondhand 2010 tsi118 manual golf had potentially blown a piston and came across some great feedback to lots of people having similar issues with said car.
vw are covering 100% parts and labour to fix my car thankfully with no hassling needed.
