Well, Gday All.
New to these forums, newer to owning a VW (first ever - pending RWC).
Wanted to gather "real" information about VW Bora V6 as a contender for the second car at home. It was competing with older BMW 318i and 323s, Lexus IS200s, Focus Zetecs, Falcons, Cortinas and Holden Berlinas in the 5-7.5k dollar mark.
The threads that I found were very reassuring and full of honest information.
Result - after inspection, test drive (what a bloody joy that was
- SUCH a great little car to drive!) and obligatory haggling we settled on a price and the condition that the RWC would be produced before payment.
Now I would like to follow up on, comment and join in some of the threads I have been following.
So, thank you for your permission to join and I hope to be chatting about, driving and tinkering on my VW soon.
