Hi Everybody,
New Gti owner - just bought a silver MkV Gti yesterday after wanting one for about 10 years!
Got sidetracked with peugeot 306's (owned an s16 & Gti6) and before that a smattering of old Ford Capri's (V6 & 1600's) and 2ltr escorts - all were fun and terrible in their own ways!
I have a moderate knowledge of motor cars & motorbikes and am a musical instrument repairer by trade in Sydney, but I have to admit that I don't know much about VW's so it will be nice to learn from some other people here -
So........... anyone recommend a good (not cheap!) mechanic in the inner west??
