Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    After spending much more time on the aircooled forums in recent years, I am going soft and longing for
    airconditioning and 4 doors again. So I'm here to check out some details before I buy.
    Thinking about a Mk6 Golf GTi manual 5 door. Happy to hear feedback and suggestions!

    Years ago I had a Mk1 golf and an Audi 5+5,
    currently in the drive way are a souped up 1970 Beetle daily and a 62 kombi ute project.
