Never owned a VW before, but just picked up a 2000 Polo, petrol manual, cheap at auction. From what I see that makes it a Mark 3, Type 6n2.
Have bought this for my ageing mother, and need to give it a once over bfore I ship it to her in QLD. I am predominantly here seeking technical information, and user experience. Particularly:
Good Fault code reader;
Service Manual;
...and what I need to be checking on a 13 yr old car with 69000km on it.
