Hi All, I have a 2011 t5 transporter 103dsg.
I have purchased a MFSW and after searching the forums and also having a background in mechanics, im about to install it and also order and install a genuine cruise stalk.
I know that the body module will need recoding to complete the install, and I have some questions which I hope some of you fellow enthusiasts can help me with.
CODING
Im looking at purchasing this item, VAG COM HEX CAN Dual K VCDS 11 11 3 Interface VW Audi Seat Skoda Aftermarket | eBay from ebay to enable me to do the coding myself.
Do we think it will do the coding?
Otherwise, is there someone on the north shore who has the gear to do the coding? The dealers don't seem too keen to help.
I also want to get the trip functions working on the dash, my module number is 7H0937087D.
Next question, and I know im pushing it here.
Will a highline dash of a Caddy fit my T5? I Think its highline a it has the small dials on it, or are all Caddys like this? Ihave access to one.
Will I need a new body module to run it, need new key coding? Can it be done.I also have access to a
7H0937086F. Can anyone tell me what extra functions this module will give me.
