Anyone having problems with the RCD510 where everything works except the phone book read on....
I have a 2009 2.0TDI 5dr VW Golf and have just had this issue where everything worked except the phone book, it would come up with circles and squares and other wierd objects.
I have had 2 new VW bluetooth units and niether worked. I have even tried a new RCD510 unit still did not work.
Audio Images In Bradford West Yorkshire (01274733633) have sorted my problem by putting in a modified Fiscon unit. Cost fitted was £350. Ask for 'Nassa' and tell them that they sorted Bobs Black VW Golf.
He is a top bloke and these guys are JCT600 preffered installers.

PS don't listen to the dealers technical' EXPERTS' lol...who say it can not be done, because I have just had my done...
