BockeyT here. My login failed to work and I have been unable to log in even when Hawk sent me a new Password which don't work either. Time to just start again.
I have been enjoying the first 12 months with our Golf R with HP Stage 1 tune. It has been to a few track days and performs flawlessley unlike some locally made and Japanese cars. Brakes are fantastic as is responsiveness and handling.
Just had an ECU software upgrade (Stage 1 V3.0) and now the pull from low rpm is smooth with no lag. The previous version was very good but this version is even better. I note there is an upgrade for the Sat Nav maps too. A service is due in 2 weeks so will try and have that done then. After 29000km we have had no issues at all with this car. What you see is what you get. It is a very honest performance car which is fun to drive and very safe.
