I purchased a Brand New Polo in late June 2010. The DSG overheating warning has come on literally Dozens of times. My Dealer at Liverpool (NSW) has literally bent-over-backwards to try and resolve the Multi Problems of this Bloody Blue Polo
I wish I could say the same for VW Australia, but, alas, I cannot. I suggested VW FLYa Senior Technician to OZ to FIX all the problems..........ABSOLUTE SILENCE
I have requested a COMPLETE REFUND........again ABSOLUTE SILENCE from VW Australia.
Full marks to the Dealer. The less said about the CLOWNs at VW Australia, the better. VW appears to have forgotten those Magic Words. They are ".....,,,,,
CUSTOMER SERVICE........" totally meaningless, as far as, VW Australia is concerned.
