Hi all..
I bought my 'dub in Sept 2009, and all I have to say is... PLEASE, whatever you do AVOID Osborne Park VW like the plague... Recommend it to your worst enemies maybe, but if you, like me, have at very least a vague concept of cutomer service and quite like being shown a shred of respect as a customer, you'll not even consider going there.
Do yourself a favor, visit John Hughes instead.. It may well be a little out of your road, but well worth it if you don't want to be treated like a piece of dog turd attached to the bottom of someone's shoe.
Needless to say, I had a very bad breakdown experience with OP AND Volkswagen assist (yes Mondial, you can kiss my fat white butt too), and my car had 140ks missing off the clock after five days secured in the workshop (or so I was told). Yes Phl McLardy, I'm publicly naming and shaming you and your business for ge way you handled my issue with the car and your incompetent staff.
I was going to sell the car but John Hughes changed my mind. Good thing too cause I really didn't want to sell her... She's a beast
