Pick up a Tiguan diesel in about 2 weeks. Silver leaf metallic and leather etc. Had many other cars especially Volvos (last was an old but very good 960 on daily highway runs) and French cars (particularly liked my GS1220 and CX2400) so this VW is a first. I have been impressed with the package VW offers in test drives and comparisons so I hope the hype lives up to its name. One impressive point for a new member is the obvious passion and commitment of owners and the depth of knowledge on this site. I hope I can add to that as a new member. I do about 200km a day and need a reliable safe vehicle. Thanks again to existing members for such a good and supportive site. Hope you like the monniker I have chosen, apologies to Dumas.
