New to VW but love the brand

Not to sure where to start, so ill just give you all a quick brake down.
My name is Shane J. I have just taken over as the new aftercare department manager for VW in Perth.
I handle most accessories for VW, both genuine and aftermarket. I guess I also specialize in VW warranties and extended warranties as well (underwritten by Alliance).
So if any one has any questions, queries or I guess would like anything for the VW just let me know
