Hi guys/girls. Been lurking for a while. New car (118TSI) is on the way. I have never even seen one up close, let alone driven one. Negotiation and buying was all done over the phone with Sydney dealer after lots of research on this and other forums. Previously owned MarkV GTI so I know what a great product the Golf is. Moved O/S for work so had to sell it. Planning on getting Superchips/Bluefin ECU mod. Will be interesting to compare "old" Golf with new one.

Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled
After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.
