Hey guys,
just found out of this forum after googling hail damaged golf's after Melbourne's hail storm a few weeks ago.
Now, i dont actually have a golf, but my girlfriend has a mkv 2.0fsi that i pretty much keep clean. i found a mk6 thread in which a member had their car written off for what sounded like similar damage (dents to 5 panels), and here i am. not the best of circumstances in which to join a forum, but what can you do hey? i did a quick search for mkv hail damage but didnt find much... does anyone know if there is a thread bout this?? would like to know the likely hood of getting written off (still 2 or so weeks away from being assessed!) so we can at least begin to plan what to do.
