I have been lurking here for the pass few months while waiting for my Golf 6 TDI DSG to be delivered. Got it last week, and I must say, it is perfect. No rattles, transmission problems or any other problems I have read about. So for those still waiting for their cars - don't stress out too much when reading of the problems some owners have experienced.
I put the Fiscon plus bluetooth kit in on Saturday - takes about 15 minutes! and got VW service to code it yesterday. Best BT I have ever used. The only issue I have with it is that the sms and E-MFA add on menus are mising from the FIS. I'm investigating this with the supplier.
Question - My manual says I can use SDHC cards up to 32 GB in the RNS-510. I have tried a 2 GB SD card and it works properly. I went out and bought a Lexar 8 GB SDHC card, reformatted it in FAT32 from WinXP but it cannot be read by the RNS-510. Has anyone got SDHC working? What brand and capacity card are you using?
