hello all i am re joining water cooled fresh due to holidays from uni. I had a major mishap yesterday morning where my heater core blew up
and i awoke to find my back and front drivers side flooded. I am in the process of removing my dash to repair the problem. Was just posting to see where in melbourne that i can get cheap VW mark 2 parts. my car (pictured sexy no?) is a mark 2 gti i picked up about a year ago wit exhaust, bilsten suspension, and a few other odds and ends, but in all seriousness i have had to travel far and wide for parts any of u wise users aware of any in the South eastern area??? Also i am about to undertake some engine work on the car which includes: porting and polishing, bigger cam, freshing up the head etc. Was curious to know were to go from here?? my motor is a 1.8, 8 valve wit minimal kms (140ish) and runs a treat. Supercharge or turbo out of the question? my budget is around 2k i am eager to hear from u all
