NSW VW Tiguan Newbie Post
Hi everyone,
First time poster, long time reader of this forum. Have a 2017 Tiguan 162 TSI and have just had a problem with the Panoramic Roof wind deflector breaking on 1 side. Been quoted approx $2000 and neither VW Australia nor Denlo group want to cover this as a manufacturers defect. Warranty ran out mid 2020, so now seeing if this is something that can be replaced myself and cheaper than $2k.
Also thinking of calling ACCC and DFT for advise as I believe this should be covered under Consumer Rights and reasonable quality.
