Just a quick one to say hi. Looks like this forum is the authority on VWs in Australia...
I’m just buying my first vw - a 2.0 Tdi mk5 golf. Hoping to squeeze a bit more power out of it eventually (maybe remap, turbo, injectors etc.) but in the meantime just keep it mechanically a1. I’m coming from a landcruiser, truck and ag mechanical background so hopefully can adjust to the famous vw Tdi. The only thing I ever farm out is AC and Injector/pump rebuilds so hopefully can pick up some of the specific knowledge needed for them here!
