Hi All,
VDUB fan in the house!
I have a Mk5 Jetta FSI Turbo, a white Mk7 GTI PP on the way, and a Tiguan which is wifey's school drop off car.
I've replaced the yucky standard head unit in the Jetta, and the battery drain is real. I purchased the updated CANBUS which will support the RCD510 but my old school VCDS lite cable doesn't support the Mk5 and I'm unable to do long coding.
Does anyone in the Melbourne South East area have a cable they'd be willing to PLEASE let me use for a few hours so that I can code the new CANBUS? There's a decent bottle of red (or beer if you're that way inclined) for the helpful soul if he/she is happy to help out.
Happy to give you a deposit so you're not left worrying about some random running off with your stuff!
