The Drive day is to teach people in a controlled manner on high performance driving with the following elements:
· Vehicle of choice must be in a roadworthy condition and for high performance track work, good brakes / tyres etc.
Day 1
· Meet at my store for a vehicle inspection / tyre pressures / brake check etc. On the Saturday 12th from 12.00noon til 5.30pm
· I will carry out all the appropriate checks on the vehicles .
· We will have class room meeting upstairs and discuss the Sundays operation.
· I will discuss the correct lines to take on the race track in both a dry and wet weather conditions.
· Discuss the correct brake method for both wet/dry conditions.
· Discuss and demonstrate the correct seating position in the car.
Day 2
· We meet at the new BP service station on the Hume highway just before the Seymour turnoff at 6.15am for 6.30 am departure
· 7.45am Arrive at Winton Raceway Benalla for driver registrations.
· 8.00am is the First session were everyone will drive there own cars and follow me on the race track to demonstrate the correct racing line.
· Each session is ½ sessions in which 1 will drive with each person then they will have 10 ½ sessions on there own.
· Morning Tea and lunch will be provided.
· Participants will need to have a Helmut – long sleeve top and long jeans with enclosed shoes ( no ¾ pants etc).
· I recommend each participant to have 1 spare tyre.
· Lap Times will be made available, but please remember this is a training day NOT race day.
· The day will conclude approx 4.30pm.
All this for only $385 per person ( GST Included )
For the services of a Experienced 24hr Nurburgring / 12hr Malaysia Endurance / Australian GTP Production Car Driver.
· Please note we can only accommodate 10 people as I would not have enough valuable time for further participants.
