I have a torque arm insert for sale from our 2009 Manual Tiguan.
The insert is in very good condition, having been in place for only 3 months or so. I was happy with it in place, but my wife did not like the vibration at idle.
The insert reduces movement b/w the engine and gearbox, making for smoother less 'clunky' shifts. The improvement is noticeable and I felt it also gave our Tig a bit more animal feel which I liked, but its not for everyone (my Mrs being a case in point). The extra engine vibration in the cabin is noticeable only at idle and under load at low revs.
I paid about $100 for the insert. I am selling it for $70 plus postage. Postage will be no more than $5 and probably less as the insert is light. Pickup is possible for those close enough. I am in far Northern NSW, about 40 minutes south of the Queensland border.
