I have an Apexi DECS Exhaust Control Valve on my Polo. 2 inch and I have the manual version, a pull cord with a button in the cabin of the car.
This is a very handy device as it controls the exhaust note if your car is "droney".

Reasoning for this price is 1 - it is discontinued, 2 - it is an absolute cow of a job to remove.
