I'm slowly clearing out the garage so up for sale is another 16v short runner intake manifold. This is a custom made one. It has about the longest runners possible whilst still fitting behind the radiator and clearing the bonnet in a mk1 16vt setup. This means you will retain low RPM airspeed and torque. It clears a mk3 style alternator setup too.
It comes with the throttle body which is from a k-jet 5-series 6-cyl BMW so it has that slightly older euro look with quite a large throttle body. It also comes with the Throttle Position Sensor and yes this is the potentiometer type suitable for aftermarket ECU’s.
This manifold was built onto the standard 16v lower manifold flange and retains the original injector ports. This means you can go K-Jet turbo if you want, or get the plastic screw in inserts for EFI injectors which is what I did. You can then get a 20v fuel rail if that’s the case.
The Manifold has ports for an ISV and a brake vacuum booster tucked away underneath the plenum. All mating faces were professionally milled true, there are no leaks, I made 150kw@wheels with this manifold.
